Emma joined Endeavour Learning Trust in April 2026, bringing over seven years’ experience in governance across multi academy trusts and local government.
She has supported schools across England, advising trustees, governors and senior leaders on governance, statutory compliance, exclusions, complaints and risk. Her work focuses on strengthening accountability, improving decision making and ensuring governance is clear, proportionate and effective.
Emma is also Chair of Governors at a two-form entry primary school, where she leads the governing body to provide strategic oversight and challenge. This dual perspective gives her a practical understanding of governance at both trust and school level.
She is passionate about education and making a meaningful difference. Emma focuses on ensuring governance supports leaders to deliver priorities, with strong assurance and minimal burden. She is committed to building confident governance across the trust, where roles are clear, decisions are well informed and governance adds value to outcomes for children.
